Defense Capabilities and Management (DCM)

DCM leads the agency’s efforts to support congressional oversight of both the Department of Defense (DOD) and Intelligence Community (IC) and other agencies that work on national defense and intelligence issues. 

DCM analyzes DOD and the IC's management of the programs, infrastructure, and equipment needed to meet a broad array of threats.  For example, DCM reviews intelligence activities and emergency response programs as well as missile defense systems and body armor.
