Field Operations (FO)

FO leads and assists staff in the agency’s 11 field offices across the country. It fosters innovative business and operational practices, information sharing and collaboration, and provides a safe, secure, and productive work environment. 

FO helps employees transfer to field offices or headquarters and manages agency-wide business processes, such as timekeeping, travel reimbursements, and external training purchases. FO managers help maintain relationships with external organizations, such as national and regional audit forums, local Federal Executive Boards, and colleges and universities.
