Comments on Employees Claims for Payment for Photography Work

The Department of Agriculture requested a decision on whether it could certify for payment certain vouchers for photography work. GAO noted that the vouchers could be certified for payment, since the photographs would be necessary in carrying out the provisions of the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act.
