Military Cyberspace Operations and Sophisticated Cyber Threats

The United States faces sophisticated cyber threats. For example, U.S. agencies say foreign governments are seeking to preposition themselves on IT networks for potential cyberattacks against U.S. critical infrastructure in the event of a conflict.

There may be opportunities to consolidate cyberspace operations training and other services. Our recommendations address these issues.
