DOE Management: Selected Information on the Workforce at DOE's Livermore Laboratory

Pursuant to a congressional request, GAO provided information on the workforce at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, focusing on: (1) the number of personnel by occupational category; (2) the salaries of the personnel in these occupational categories; (3) the benefits provided to contractor personnel; and (4) how salaries and benefits for University of California employees working at the laboratory are determined.
