The President's Sixth Special Message for Fiscal Year 1977

Four new deferral proposals and five supplementary reports to previously proposed deferrals were reported. Two National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration projects were included. Also included were: Department of Health, Education, and Welfare Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health Scientific Activities Overseas, Special Foreign Currency Program; General Services Administration Rare Silver Dollar Program; American Revolution Bicentennial Administration's Commemorative Activities Fund; three United States Information Agency programs, salaries and expenses, Special International Exhibitions; and the United States Railway Association's payments for purchase of Conrail securities.
