1993 Navy Budget: Potential Reductions and Rescissions in RDT&E Programs

Pursuant to a congressional request, GAO reviewed the Navy's fiscal year (FY) 1993 budget request and prior year appropriations for its research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) programs, to identify potential reductions to the FY 1993 budget request and potential rescissions to FY 1992 appropriations.
