Department of the Air Force The Secretary of the Air Force should direct the Commander, Air Force Logistics Command (AFLC), as part of the policy development effort, to formulate servicewide guidance to be used in developing and analyzing the requirements for crash damage kits.
Closed – Implemented
The Air Force is taking action to implement the recommendation by revising its policies and regulations to include guidance on aircraft structural repair kits in the provisioning strategy of all new and major modification programs.
