Army Construction: Allegation of the Improper Use of Materials at Ft. Leonard Wood Found To Be Unmerited

Pursuant to a congressional request, GAO reviewed a firm's allegation that a contractor supplied materials which did not comply with the specifications under an Army Corps of Engineers construction contract at Fort Leonard Wood.
