Pursuant to a congressional request, GAO: (1) reviewed the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency's (OCC) procurement of laser printer equipment to determine whether OCC reasonably weighted technical considerations over cost; and (2) determined whether OCC was subject to the Property and Administrative Services Act and the Competition in Contracting Act.
