Sole-Source Passport Office Lamination Contract

In response to a congressman's inquiries concerning a Department of State procurement, GAO provided assistance in answering several questions concerning the contract. While the State Department complied with the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements for the award of a sole source contract, the tests for the procured item were not documented.
