Postal Customer Parking Needs Can Be Met Without Demolishing the Old Frederick, MD, Post Office

GAO was requested to review the Postal Service's plans to demolish the old Frederick, Maryland, Post Office. Efforts were concentrated on the need for: (1) offstreet parking for patrons of the new main office; and (2) a letter carrier loading walkway.
