NAVSEA Policies and Practices Used To Manage Personnel Involved in Data Processing Activities

GAO reviewed the policies and practices used by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) to manage personnel involved in automatic data processing (ADP) activities. The review concentrated on the NAVSEA determination of the number and composition of staff needed to design, maintain, and operate the management information system for naval shipyards.
