Highlights

A firm protested a Defense General Supply Center (DGSC) contract award, contending that DGSC improperly determined that the awardee was a responsible contractor. GAO held that it would not consider the DGSC affirmative responsibility determination, since there was no evidence that DGSC acted in bad faith or failed to apply definitive responsibility criteria. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
