A firm requested reconsideration of its denied protest of the General Services Administration's (GSA) rejection of its bid for program development and management services. GAO had held that GSA reasonably rejected the protester's bid, since it had not complied with a solicitation specification. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that: (1) it had additional information to show its compliance with the specification; and (2) its original bid complied with the specification. GAO held that the protester: (1) should have provided the additional information during its initial protest; and (2) presented no evidence that warranted reversal of the original decision. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
