Highlights

A firm protested the Marine Corps' rejection of its bid as nonresponsive for a radome, contending that the Marine Corps misinterpreted its bid regarding the amount charged as a result of government delay. GAO held that the Marine Corps properly rejected the protester's bid as nonresponsive, since its bid modified a material solicitation requirement. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
