Highlights
A firm protested the Army's rejection of its bid for roofing tile installation, contending that the Army improperly determined that it did not comply with a requirement to document its experience. GAO held that the Army: (1) provided the protester with ample opportunity to furnish the information; and (2) reasonably determined that the protester failed to establish that it had the required experience. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
