Highlights

A firm protested the General Services Administration's (GSA) rejection of its bids for various power tools, contending that GSA: (1) determined that it was nonresponsible using erroneous plant reports; and (2) unreasonably evaluated its cost proposals. GAO held that the protester: (1) failed to present relevant information about its responsibility; and (2) did not show that the GSA price determination was unreasonable. Accordingly, the protests were denied.
