Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of the dismissal of its protest under a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) solicitation. GAO had held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest that FAA changed the solicitation requirements so extensively that it should have issued a new solicitation. In its request for reconsideration, the protester restated its previous arguments. GAO held that the protester: (1) presented no new facts or arguments that would warrant reconsideration; and (2) did not demonstrate any error of fact or law that would warrant reversal. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
