[Request for Review of DOD Bidding Procedures]

Pursuant to a congressional request, GAO addressed certain issues pertaining to compliance with the Randolph-Sheppard Act. GAO stated that it would be inappropriate for it to comment because the issues were the subject of pending legislation.
