Recommendations for Executive Action
|Department of the Air Force||1. The Commander, OCALC, should: (1) identify the high-dollar value parts lacking data needed for competition; and (2) expedite the assembly of bid packages for such items by instituting a continuous, uninterrupted data assembly process or purchasing complete data packages from the contractor when cost/benefit studies dictate.|
