Retired Naval officer appealed denial of claim for travel and transportation expenses for certain travel he performed with his dependents following retirement. Travel from Virginia, where the family took shipment of household goods and continued to reside, to Colorado, where the member purchased real estate, may not be reimbursed, since the member did not intend to establish his home in Colorado.
