Protest of Contractor Who Lacks Requisite 5-Year Experience Is Denied

Company protested contracting officer's decision to disqualify it as supplier because of failure to meet 5-year experience qualifications. Protest will not be considered since review of action would involve GAO in contract administration. Further, protest was untimely. (DJM)
