Protest re Bidder Responsibility

Award of a contract for a vault alarm system to competitor was protested on the basis of failure to meet experience requirements of solicitation. Record shows successful offeror did submit evidence of similar prior work as called for by specifications. Therefore, GAO will not object to agency's affirmative determination of responsibility. (DJM)
