Highlights

An employee requested reconsideration of the disallowance of his claim for real estate expenses incurred in a change of station. Despite erroneous advice by his agency, he may not be reimbursed for a loan origination fee since that is precluded as a finance charge. He may not be reimbursed as seller for certain costs which are customarily paid by the purchaser, nor may he be reimbursed for a second termite inspection when he was already reimbursed for the first inspection.
