An advance decision was requested with regard to a claim for reimbursement of the costs of ambulance services incurred by an employee who lost consciousness during a high-blood-pressure seizure while on temporary duty. The Federal Travel Regulations do not provide for reimbursement for transportation to a hospital at a temporary duty post.
