Reconsideration of Decision Regarding Entitlement of Female Military Members to the Basic Allowance for Quarters on Account of a Dependent Husband

This document concerns a claim by a U.S. Army Nurse Corps Captain to the Finance Officer, Fort Sheridan, Illinois, for basic allowance for quarters at the "with dependents" rate on account of a dependent husband.
