[Report on Noncompliance With CICA]

Pursuant to a legislative requirement, GAO reported on federal agencies' compliance with its recommendations regarding bid protests it decided during fiscal year (FY) 1995. GAO noted that during FY 1995: (1) federal agencies implemented GAO recommendations in all instances; (2) it received 2,334 bid protests and 195 requests for reconsiderations; and (3) closed 2,736 cases.
