Entitlement of Congressmen to Reimbursement for Per Diem and Transportation Expenses Incurred During Official Government Business

This decision is in reference to a letter dated October 14, 1977, in which a ruling by the General Accounting Office was requested as to the entitlement of a member of Congress to reimbursement of per diem and transportation expenses incurred by him while performing official Government business during a study mission in England.
