Deficit Reductions for Fiscal Year 1990: Compliance With the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1989

Pursuant to a legislative requirement, GAO reviewed the President's and the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) compliance with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1989 requirements to reduce budgetary resources sufficiently to bring the estimated deficit down to the target level.
