Guidance on Employee Ethics and Conduct

GAO published guidelines to alert its employees to possible conflicts of interest and to assist them in avoiding circumstances which could create the appearance that they were not acting objectively and ethically. The guidelines include procedural matters found in various GAO Orders, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
