Reconstruction Finance Corporation

The Reconstruction Finance Corporation appears to be an executive agency of the Federal Government and as such may be furnished with such equipment, etc., necessary to perform its funtions as can be spared by your Commission, subject to reimbursement in accordance with and subject to these procedures authorised by section 601 of the Economy Act, 47 Stat. 417.
