A firm protested a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contract award, contending that the awardee: (1) was not a responsible contractor; and (2) would not comply with DLA equal opportunity and affirmative action requirements. GAO held that it would not consider the affirmative responsibility determination, since there was no evidence that DLA misapplied definitive responsibility criteria. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
