Highlights
A firm protested a General Services Administration solicitation for construction, contending that the specifications were unduly restrictive. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest the solicitation, since it would not be in line for award even if its protest were sustained. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
