Allegations concerning Shipment by Charter Vessel

A company protested award of a contract for steel pipe to be produced in the United Kingdom, contending that shipment by charter vessel will damage the steel pipe and cause noncompliance with solicitation specifications. The allegation that shipping will result in a damaged product pertains to the responsibility of the contractor and will not be reviewed by GAO.
