Arbitration Awards for Environmental Differential Pay

Resolution was requested of the legality of implementing two arbitration awards of environmental differential pay which Navy Headquarters had terminated resulting in a citation of an unfair labor practice. Both awards were held legal and to be reinstated with backpay for employees. Recommendations to the Assistant Secretary for Labor-Management Relations were made concerning orders for payments.
