A firm protested an Army contract award for the disposal and decontamination of government property, contending that the Army's evaluation and award determination were flawed. GAO held that: (1) the Army's evaluation of the protester's protest and oral presentation was reasonable and reflected valid criticisms of the protester's proposed approach; and (2) the Army's source selection in which price was considered in the competitive range determination did not prejudice the protester. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
