[Protest of Air Force Contract Award for Land Mobile Radio Maintenance Services]

A firm protested an Air Force contract award for land mobile radio maintenance services, contending that the awardee misrepresented its ability to meet certain definitive responsibility criteria. GAO held that the: (1) awardee reasonably used its employees' experience to satisfy the solicitation's corporate experience requirement; (2) Air Force and the awardee reasonably believed the technician consented to the use of his credentials to qualify the awardee; and (3) Air Force reasonably made award to the awardee, since the awardee satisfied the definitive responsibility criteria; Accordingly, the protest was denied.
