[Protest of Air Force Solicitation for Postsecondary Undergraduate Education Services]

A firm protested an Army solicitation for postsecondary undergraduate education services, contending that the Army improperly intended to limit award of particular groups of courses to a single institution. GAO held that the Army reasonably based its determination to limit the number of providers on demographic, economic, and logistical considerations. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
