Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest under a General Services Administration (GSA) solicitation for travel services. GAO had held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 working days after it knew the basis for protest. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that its protest was timely, since the contracting officer advised it to file its protest with the GSA Board of Contract Appeals instead of GAO. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest, since it was on notice of bid protest regulations. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
