The Bureau of Reclamation requested a decision concerning whether an employee was entitled to reimbursement for the full amount of lease termination expenses incident to his transfer. GAO held that the employee was only entitled to 50 percent of the lease termination expenses, since he shared the lease with a person who was not a member of his immediate family. Accordingly, the claim was denied.
