Highlights

A firm protested an Air Force contract award for configuration management services, contending that the Air Force failed to timely send it a copy of the solicitation. GAO held that the protest was without merit, since the: (1) Air Force took all reasonable steps to ensure the protester's receipt of the solicitation; and (2) protester bore the risk of late receipt of the solicitation. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
