Highlights

A firm protested the delay of bid opening under an Army solicitation for food services, contending that the: (1) delay prejudiced it, since it would have corrected a bid mistake if the Army had notified it of the delay; and (2) Army should cancel the solicitation and resolicit the procurement. GAO held that the delay did not prejudice the protester, since the Army did not receive any bids after the submission deadline. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
