Highlights
A firm protested the Department of Agriculture's (USDA) procedures under a solicitation for building operation and maintenance, contending that USDA: (1) improperly revealed its proprietary staffing data; and (2) should have extended its contract for an additional 2 years. GAO held that the protester was not prejudiced by USDA disclosure of its proprietary data, since the information did not pertain to the service or product being procured. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
