A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest of an Army contract award. GAO had held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after initial adverse agency action on its agency-level protest. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that it timely filed its protest within 10 days after it received the Army's denial of its request for reconsideration of the original decision and notice of award to another bidder. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after the Army's initial denial of its agency-level protest. Accordingly, the dismissal was affirmed.
