Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest against the General Services Administration's (GSA) modification of a solicitation for the lease of office space. GAO had held that the protester failed to diligently pursue the protest, since it did not timely respond to the GSA protest report. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that it never received the GSA report. GAO held that the protester failed to timely notify GAO that it had not received the GSA report. Accordingly, the original dismissal was affirmed.
