Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of the dismissal of its untimely protest against the General Services Administration's (GSA) rejection of its late bid. GAO had held that the protester untimely protested after bid opening. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that it was unaware of its protest rights. GAO held that the: (1) request for reconsideration merely reiterated the protester's original contentions; and (2) protester had constructive knowledge of its protest rights. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
