Highlights

A firm protested an Air Force small business set-aside contract award to another firm, contending that the awardee was a part of a larger business and was ineligible for award. GAO held that it would not consider the protest, since the Small Business Administration (SBA) had conclusive authority to consider the awardee's size status. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
