Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of the dismissal of its protest against the Small Business Administration's (SBA) decision to dismiss its size-status protest, contending that SBA improperly determined that the awardee was a small business. GAO held that it would not consider size-status protests, since SBA had conclusive statutory authority to determine size status for federal procurements. Accordingly, the original decision was affirmed.
