Highlights

A firm protested a Defense Communications Agency (DCA) contract award to another firm for technical services, contending that DCA improperly awarded the contract before the Small Business Administration (SBA) determined the awardee's size status. GAO held that DCA waited more than the required 10 days after SBA received the size status protest before it awarded the contract. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
